What’s happening inside the property market?

Momentum set to continue for a strong start to 2021

HomeBuilder Scheme extended to keep tradies on the tools

A Federal Government program offering $25,000 cash grants to eligible people building a new home or renovating an existing home has been extended, but at a lower amount. Initially due to finish at the end of the year, HomeBuilder will now be extended until the 31st of March 2021 at a lower rate of $15,000.
